Yes, an e-visa for India. You apply online and it costs about €25. We send you step-by-step instructions and check your application before you submit it.

Usually DTP and hepatitis A, sometimes more depending on the trip and your health. The GGD (public health service) gives the final advice; we tell you well in advance when to make that appointment.

Certainly. About a third of our travellers come alone. You share a room with a companion of the same gender, or choose your own room for the single supplement.

On signing up you pay a deposit of €500 per person. The balance is due no later than eight weeks before departure. You receive an invoice for both.

Up to eight weeks before departure cancelling costs the deposit, after that the full trip price because flights and hotels are fixed by then. Cancellation insurance covers this; it is mandatory with us.

Calm. We usually stay two or three nights in one place and plan no more than one big activity per day. Early starts happen, for the Taj Mahal for instance, but it is never a marathon.

It can be, but does not have to be. The family and the restaurants we know cook mild on request. Vegetarian is easier in India than in the Netherlands.

We fly direct from Amsterdam to Delhi and back. The flight is in the trip price. Want to go earlier or stay longer? We arrange it, for the price difference.

At most 12 to 14 travellers, depending on the trip. With fewer than 6 sign-ups six weeks before departure the trip does not go ahead and you get your full deposit back.

We are working on joining a guarantee scheme for package travel. Until then your deposit stays in a separate escrow account until the flights and hotels are actually booked.
